17th-century farmhouse restored to reflect the period in which it
was built but with the added comfort of today's luxuries. Inside you
will find thick stone walls, mammoth oak beams and impressive
fireplaces.
Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a
massive Charentais fireplace and a Louis XV style three piece suite.
The dining room has a huge oak dining table, with six chairs.
Upstairs there are three well-sized bedrooms - one double, one twin
and one single. The bathroom has a mosaic-tiled shower, wash hand
basin and WC.

and matching 2½ metre long carved sideboard. The downstairs bathroom
has shower, wash hand basin and WC. There are three well-sized
bedrooms - two double and one twin. The upstairs bathroom has a
baignoire with shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Charentais open fireplace, exposed stone and tiled floors. The
dining area has a large Basque oak dining table, with six chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave oven, gas
cooker and fridge, together with plenty of cooking utensils, serving
dishes and cookware. There are two shower rooms complete with
mosaic-tiled shower, wash-hand basin and WC. Upstairs there are
three bedrooms - two double and one twin. The two double bedrooms
have traditional French bedroom furniture. The two front bedrooms
have spectacular views of the River Vienne.
