the edge of the small Pyrénéen village of Gaillagos, at the gateway

has been given a '3 Panda' classification by Gîtes de France and the
World Wildlife Fund, as providing facilities for nature watching in
a quality natural environment.
With exceptional panoramic views over
the Val d'Azun and the Balaïtous massif, it is an ideal location for
hill walking and observing the abundance of wildlife all around.
